Josephine Kretsch Memorial Donation

Josephine was an active parishioner at St. Therese Church and the related woman's guild. After raising her children, she returned to the College of St. Catherine's and completed her degree in 1976; she subsequently worked as a geriatric social worker. Much of her adult life was devoted to the care of her injured son, and on his behalf, she established the Brain Resource Library at "A Chance to Grow" in Minneapolis. For this and other accomplishments she was recognized in 1988 in the "World's Who's Who of Women". In her spare time, Josephine enjoyed bridge, biking, swimming and tennis. The family sincerely thanks the staff at the English Rose Suites for their loving care of our mother in her last years.
